The breakfast offers a vast choice and is always refreshed. Staff were incredibly helpful, guiding us through the local area, making our stay memorable.
The air conditioning was inconsistent, making it hard to remain cool during the heat. Wi-Fi disconnects when leaving the hotel, impacting connectivity.

The air conditioning unit was disturbingly loud, making it hard to relax or sleep. Other than that, the room felt a bit dated and could use some renovations to improve its appeal. also, the bathroom had poor ventilation which didn't help with humidity after a shower.

The hotel staff is great and attentive.
During my stay, the air conditioning was incredibly loud, even at its lowest setting. It created a disruptive atmosphere in the room, making it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the cleanliness of my room left much to be desired, as there were times when it wasn't cleaned properly during my stay.

The stay was fantastic while exploring nearby attractions like the river and the iconic temples. Having a nice pool was a great way to relax after a day out, and my kids particularly loved feeding the Koi fish. The hotel was just a short walk to Khao San Road and some amazing street stalls. While the room was a bit small and dated, the service was quick whenever we needed anything. Overall, we had a pleasant and memorable experience.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel. The location is ideal for exploring iconic sites like the Grand Palace and Khao San Road. The pool was a wonderful spot to unwind after a day of adventures, and the breakfast offered a variety of tasty options. We loved the attentive cleaning staff who kept our rooms tidy.
One downside was the wifi. it was unreliable on the first day, which was pretty frustrating when we needed to plan our outings.

The location works well, just a walk away from lively Khao San Road. Enjoyed the breakfast. always had good variety and fresh options available. The pool area felt clean and provided a nice spot to relax. The room had a comfortable bed and decent pillows, but it could definitely use some updates. The TV options were limited to internet apps without any regular channels. I faced a problem with the room not being cleaned during my 3-night stay, which was disappointing. A few minor inconveniences included a noisy air conditioner and a very small bathroom that made it slightly uncomfortable. Still, the staff were helpful whenever needed, which added a nice touch to the stay.

missingWrote a review on May 07cozy bedclean roomnice pool arealoud air conditioningneeds shower attention
I stayed in a Superior Double Room for 4 nights. The bed was cozy and huge, perfect for crashing after long days. The room was clean and had its own little balcony, which was nice. Only thing was the air conditioning—it was pretty loud at times, but it helped drown out neighbor noise. And yeah, the shower could’ve used a little more attention, but I didn’t mind too much. By the way, the pool area is great for relaxing.

missingWrote a review on Mar 30spacious roomfriendly staffgreat breakfastants problem
The room was spacious and clean. The staff were super friendly. Great breakfast spread that was always refreshed, and the pool was a hit despite needing more loungers.
There was an issue with ants in the bathroom that could use some attention, and the balcony's smoking restrictions felt a bit limiting.
